There was a restaurant at the beginning of the trail system last time I went which you can get some grub and beer. Watch out for \"fat chucks demise\" at the beginning of the trail system.
From Austin take 71 east towards Bastrop go through Bastrop, and take the Smithville exit approx. 10 miles down the road. Go left on 153 till you see it.
